Cut Camp Privacy Policy
Updated September 19, 2026
Who operates Cut Camp
CUTCAMP LLC operates Cut Camp. For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, contact garrett.armfield@icloud.com.
Information you enter
Your athlete name, sport, weights, weight notes, weigh-in dates, training preferences, food and hydration logs, macro targets, allergies, dietary preferences, completed camp tasks and saved camps are entered by you and stored on your device. Cut Camp uses them to display your history, calculate targets and personalize tracking. Some entries can reveal health information.
Optional AI features and recipients
To create AI coach replies and meal plans, Cut Camp sends your questions and recent conversation, sport, current and target weight, weigh-in date, weight history and notes, nutrition targets and food logs, hydration logs, training and camp progress, and any allergies, dietary preferences or foods to avoid you enter. This can include health information. The recipients are Rork (the AI request service), Vercel (the AI gateway), and OpenAI (the AI model provider). They process this information to generate your requested response. Your profile name is not included automatically, but anything you type in a question or note may be sent. Sharing is optional: you can decline and keep using manual tracking, or withdraw permission in Settings. Withdrawing stops future requests; it does not recall information already sent.
Your permission and choices
AI sharing is off until you tap Allow AI data sharing in the app. Manual tracking remains available if you decline. Withdraw consent under Settings > Privacy & AI at any time. AI requests are checked for consent before sending. A material change to the disclosed recipients or data requires a new consent version. Revocation stops future sharing and does not erase data already processed by a provider.
Third-party protection and retention
Cut Camp requires service providers processing personal information on its behalf to protect it at least as strongly as described in this policy and to process it for the requested service. Requests are transmitted over HTTPS. Provider processing and retention are also governed by their applicable service and data-protection terms. We do not promise that data is never logged or immediately deleted by a provider. Contact us to request information about provider retention or deletion of a submitted AI request.
Subscriptions
Apple (on iOS), Google Play (on Android), and RevenueCat process purchases and subscription records, including product identifiers, transaction dates, subscription status and an app user identifier. These records determine access to paid features and restore purchases. Cut Camp does not receive your full payment-card details. Store and provider retention obligations may limit deletion of transaction records.
Barcode lookup
Scanning a barcode uses your camera to read the product code. The code is sent to Open Food Facts to retrieve food information; the app does not upload camera images for this lookup. Food entries you choose to add are stored locally. Food entries may be included in AI coach context only after AI-sharing consent.
Sharing and advertising
Cut Camp does not sell personal information or share health and weight logs with advertisers. Service providers may receive technical request information such as an IP address as part of processing a network request. Only enter information you want processed when using optional AI features.
Deletion and local data
Local app data can be removed by uninstalling the app; operating-system backups may retain copies according to your device settings. Contact garrett.armfield@icloud.com to request access, correction, or deletion of data held by us or our providers. Cancelling a subscription is separate from deleting app data; manage subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account.
Adults and educational use
Cut Camp is intended for adults. It provides educational and organizational tools, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Avoid entering another person's personal data. Changes to this policy will be reflected in the date above.
